?Repair or replace?

Most calls are repairs, and that’s what goes in the estimate. Replacement is the right call when the deck is wet, the shingles are laid across the whole slope, or the last roof was laid over a problem, we show you the photos either way.

?Are gutter covers worth it?

If the trees around you drop enough to clog a gutter twice a year, yes. If they don’t, we’ll tell you to keep the money.

?Can you go over my old siding?

Often yes. If the sheathing and walls underneath are dry and solid, new siding can go over what’s there, less demolition, lower cost. If they aren’t, we’ll show you why a tear-off is the right call.

?Does the whole chimney need rebuilding?

Usually not. The top few courses and the crown take the worst of the weather, we rebuild what’s failed and leave sound brick alone.
